Treasury Officer

The successful candidate will communicate with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments, update and obtain vendor payment information to update the records.

Main Role:

Preparation for execution and monitoring of payments and bank transfers;

Preparation and monitoring of daily bank activity reports;

Maintain accurate reconciliations of bank accounts;

Monitor daily bank movements, cash positions, and liquidity;

Monitor daily credit/debit card activity and balances;

Collaborate with banks and other departments to resolve issues and maintain good relationships;

Review and identify needs for new bank accounts and support the bank account opening process;

Preparation and analysis of daily/monthly reports to the company's management;

Preparation of any other ad-hoc reports as requested by the company;

Candidate Profile:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Banking or related field;

2-4 years in treasury, cash management, or banking operations, ideally in a financial services or fintech environment;

Knowledge of banking systems and payment platforms will be considered as an advantage;

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Excel;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure;
