As Treasury Application Support Expert - Level 3 within our TCM Solution Delivery & Application Support team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our S/4HANA Treasury Core Model solution, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of our Treasury system across different time zones and geographical locations. The Treasury Core Model (TCM) project was launched in 2017 as part of Sanofi's Finance transformation program, redesigning 40+ unique Treasury processes (local and central) supported by S/4HANA Treasury solution. As part of our multi-tiered support model, you'll provide Level 3 support, focusing on managing complex incidents and implementing solution enhancements for countries where the system is already live.

Main responsibilities:

• Resolve complex application incidents and problems requiring database, application code, and/or operational modifications within defined SLAs, coordinating with ERP Application support teams, Key Users, and third-party providers

• Perform in-depth root-cause analysis and develop permanent fixes, managing SAP messages and transport orders as needed

• Serve as first interface for change requests from Treasury Key Users, analyzing requests and flagging those that deviate from approved Treasury Core Model specifications

• Support functional analysis of evolutions, updating specifications and performing tests, working together with ABAP teams on forms, layouts, reports, and enhancements

• Prepare and present position papers for Design Authority approval, and perform end-user training and documentation when needed

• Contribute as Solution Expert to Business Value Projects, being responsible for solution deliverables

• Work transversally with different teams, creating and following up on requests to ABAP and ERP AMS teams

• Manage post-refresh activities on maintenance track and support Application Disaster Recovery exercises

About you

• Experience: 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance and Treasury modules (FSCM, IHC, BCM, BAM, CM, BPC, TRM) and S/4HANA, with proven track record in SAP projects within an international environment

• Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of Treasury processes and banking systems, strong proficiency in MS Office suite, experience in writing functional/technical specifications (RICEFW), solid background in application support and ticketing tools, familiarity with SAP ABAP programming (desirable)

• Soft skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong customer orientation and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; SAP FI/Treasury and S/4HANA certifications preferred; Treasury certification is a plus

• Languages: Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
