This position is a key role focused on strategic financial management and the transformation of systems in the region. TThis role will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision of cash flow and forecasting, the efficient management of regional liquidity, and leading bank negotiations for the development of credit lines.
Main Responsibilities:

Cash Flow & Forecasting: Supervise Regional cash forecasting process, challenge inputs, correct and align with global guidelines before reporting to Treasury Leadership.

Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with finance and other key areas to secure enforcement of treasury policies and processes. Including payment process, cash forecasting process, accounting closing and others.
•
Liquidity Management: Partner with Treasury leadership to monitor the status of regional liquidity. Assess on efficient cash management for the countries in scope including intercompany funding, investments, external financing.

Financing: Take an active role in credit line development for the region, negotiating with partner banks, setting up the adequate products for working capital support and liaising with internal teams to fulfill any information requirement for credit lines applications and renewals.

Banking Operations: Negotiate with banks on pricing and product availability. Support treasury leadership with insight about banking structure and suggest improvements.

Regulatory Compliance: Lead the process with local regulators, banks, and legal consultants to comply with regulatory processes and process cross-border payments.
•
Internal Control: Ensures full application of Treasury’s controls and policies, including signatories updates, segregation of duties, counterparty risk management, fraud prevention.
•
System Transformation: Provide technical support for the Treasury department during the migration and testing of SAP S/4HANA and H2H connectivity. Support migration for ISO messaging.
•
Project Support & Process Implementation: Act as an agent for process improvement, supporting the area’s strategic demands and implementing new treasury workflows and controls.
•
Reporting: Interact with Global Treasury to report liquidity figures and provide documentation for annual audit requirements. Secure clear understanding of variations and provide proper visibility for Treasury leadership.
Skills and Experience Required::
•
Languages: Advanced English .
•
Systems:
•
Experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
•
Experience with SAP (Experience with S/4HANA migration is a plus).
•
Experience with banking tools and systems.
•
Technical Knowledge:
•
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
•
Knowledge of LATAM market regulations and FX operations.
•
Competencies:
•
Ability to clearly communicate and work with senior team members within finance and other key areas.
•
Strong focus on process implementation and optimization within fast-paced environments.
•
Looks for improvement of opportunities leveraging not only on available system landscape but also with potential tools currently out of scope.
•
Knowledge of the Foreign Exchange Market regulations in the region.
