Applies consultative sales and relationship management practices to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions for new and existing clients while ensuring regulatory compliance. Monitors implementation activities to ensure alignment with timelines. Provides tailored treasury management solutions and optimizes sales processes through continuous process improvements to enhance client experiences and business outcomes. Manages sales processes, client engagement and outcomes.
• Deliver Tailored Treasury Solutions: Assess client needs and provide customized cash management and liquidity strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Manage End-to-End Sales Process: Handle inquiries, pricing, implementation coordination, and ensure timely delivery while improving processes and client experience.
• Ensure Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
• Collaborate & Build Relationships: Partner with internal teams, engage in industry events, and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
