Description

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Treasury Operation Analyst to play a critical role within our dynamic Crypto Treasury team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operational excellence, ensuring robust financial control, and driving compliance and strategic liquidity management for our global crypto assets. The ideal candidate will have deep operational experience in digital asset management and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily, multi-asset, and multi-platform reconciliation of treasury balances across all business unit payment channels, wallets, and accounts.
• Develop and implement tools/scripts for automated reconciliation and anomaly detection, minimizing operational risk.
• Own the operational relationship with local and institutional custodians, ensuring strict adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC standards, transaction limits, etc.).
• Act as the primary internal contact for compliance audits related to treasury operations and asset custody.
• Execute and monitor complex daily liquidity strategies across various markets (e.g., exchanges, DeFi protocols) to optimize capital efficiency while managing counterparty risk.
• Develop cash flow models specific to crypto operational needs and manage exposure limits.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related disciplines.
• Experience in Treasury, Operations, or FinTech roles. Dedicated to digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain finance is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated experience managing treasury functions for a high-volume, global operation (preferably an exchange, custodian, or large crypto-native company).
• Deep functional understanding of various blockchain networks, transaction types, and the operational differences between hot, warm, and cold storage solutions.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems , ERP integration, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to work with API documentation and define requirements for financial automation tools (e.g., for automated reporting, sweeping, or rebalancing).
