Your creative field:
We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent Treasurer (m/f/d) as soon as possible. While we generally operate on a remote-first basis, you are also welcome to use the offices at our locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich).   

We have grown steadily in recent years. Not only has our customer base expanded significantly, but so too have our workforce and the scope and complexity of our tasks. This growth extends to the finance department as well, which is why we have now decided to create a dedicated treasurer position. 

One of your key responsibilities will be to further develop “Treasury” as a distinct division. This involves evaluating existing processes in this area, as well as introducing new processes, measures, and reporting systems, and considering tooling solutions. Here, we rely on your experience and your ideas. 

In addition to strategic work, however, day-to-day operations are also a key focus. Alongside responsibility for liquidity planning and management, this includes the administration of loans (internal and external), the financing of group companies, and the monitoring and reporting of covenants. The scope of responsibilities is further complemented by the oversight and coordination of payment management, as well as the evaluation and implementation of cash pooling. Since we are an internationally positioned group, interest rate and currency management also play an important role. However, you won’t be on your own—you’ll be supported by your colleagues in the Finance department.

What convinces us:

• Several years of professional experience in treasury:• Liquidity management
• Financing and hedging transactions
• Building and developing the treasury department
• Experience collaborating with payment service providers throughout the OTC process is a plus, but not required

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
• A degree in business administration or comparable education 
• A strong grasp of economic concepts 
• A sense of responsibility, initiative, and a willingness to collaborate across departments
• Very good English skills
