Job Summary:
Oversee and manage the installation of Architectural Cladding applications, including Steel Roofing and Wall finishes, Composite Aluminum Wall finishes, Composite Aluminum Wall panels, and Custom Zinc or Copper applications. Lead field operations to ensure exterior metal products are installed according to specifications, project schedules, and building codes. Direct crews in installing, repairing, and servicing exterior prefabricated metal products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Projects are located across Texas (Amarillo, Abilene, San Antonio) and Monroe, Louisiana. Travel is required, and accommodation is provided.

What We Are Seeking
• 7+ years of experience with architectural metals in a commercial/industrial setting
• 2+ years of Superintendent or Senior Foreman experience managing multiple crews and projects
• Proven leadership overseeing large scale cladding and metal panel installations
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience coordinating manpower, scheduling, and material logistics across multiple job sites
• Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
Your Technical Expertise:
• Architectural wall panel systems & metal roofing installations
• Standing seam metal wall and roof panels
• Coping and cap metal applications
• Fabrication and modification of metal materials on-site
• Installation, fastening, and securing panel systems
• Working with tools such as shears, drills, punches, and fastening systems
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee field operations for architectural cladding and metal panel installations
· Manage multiple crews and Foremen across job sites
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec
· Coordinate manpower, schedules, and materials across locations
· Drive safety, quality, and productivity standards on every project
· Partner with Project Managers and other trades to keep projects moving smoothly
· Conduct site inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
