About the Role
We’re looking for a Foreman – Infrastructure that will lead, direct, and work alongside the project labor crew while coordinating the execution and completion of construction labor tasks. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
Core Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the project labor team through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Provide regular feedback through documented coaching sessions.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Project Coordination
Coordinate task schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Supervise daily activities of the crew, ensuring productivity goals are met.
Collaborate with subcontractors to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient worksite.
Safety Management
Ensure adherence to the company’s worksite safety program.
Identify and report unsafe behavior or hazardous conditions promptly.
Reinforce a safety-first culture across the crew and subcontractors.
Operational Excellence
Support and drive utilization of company initiatives and technologies.
Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate daily logs of work performed, manpower, and equipment usage.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.; Carpentry Trade School Certificate preferred.
5+ years of civil construction experience.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic project technology platforms.
Experience in the installation of utility work, including but not limited to storm drainage, sewer, and water mains.
Experience in earth-moving activities, including but not limited to sub-base installation, class II base course, large scale embankment, and excavation.
