Gather information from new customers and enter it into the platform. Process and respond promptly to contact requests. Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

Requirements: Fluent speaker of Portuguese (C1+) + Good knowledge of English (B2) Availability to work in shifts Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and team spirit. Availability for rotating schedules. Love identifying customer needs and proposing quick solutions. Valid Work Permit from Portugal / Eu Id
