Transportation Officer

The Transportation Officer at Ninja plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the logistics associated with the transportation of goods. You will ensure the efficient coordination of transportation activities, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and optimize routing for cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate dispatch and delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Assist in route planning to minimize costs and improve delivery times.
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to address any issues related to transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and documentation.
• Support the Transportation Supervisor in implementing process improvements and policies.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and SLA requirements with the ability to ensure proper shipment sequencing and timely deliveries.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
