Freedom Behavioral Lake Charles is a growing psychiatric hospital dedicated to serving both adult and geriatric populations. Since opening our first facility in 2015 in Magnolia, Mississippi, we have expanded to 12 locations across Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.
As we continue to grow, we are actively expanding our Lake Charles team in preparation for increasing our capacity to a total of 42 beds, serving both adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide safe transportation of patients to and from the facility, residences, and scheduled appointments.
Transport staff or pick up meals and program-related supplies as needed.
Assist mental health services staff with patient care activities and daily program operations.
Support the day-to-day functioning of the program, including general operational tasks.
Assist with patient chart preparation and organization as directed by clinical staff.
Help with meal provision and distribution to patients when needed.
Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Provide supervision of patients during staff break periods to ensure safety and continuity of care.
Observe patient behavior and promptly report any clinical concerns, safety issues, or problematic situations to appropriate staff.
Maintain clear and timely communication with clinical and program staff regarding any incidents or observations that occur during patient supervision or transportation.
