Job responsibilities

The Transport & Logistics Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop work competences, and acquire practical experience through the following responsibilities:

Transport Support

Coordinate and oversee comprehensive logistics operations: air, road, and sea freight shipments and deliveries.
Proactively monitor and report on the status of all shipments, including pick-ups, deliveries, and in-transit movements.
Verify and manage delivery timelines, promptly addressing and resolving any operational incidents or delays.

Data Management and Reporting

Maintain and update logistics databases, generating accurate and insightful logistics reports.
Collaborate in the meticulous review and systematic archiving of all transportation documentation.

PROFILE NEEDED

MAIN STUDIES: Master's student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
LANGUAGES: English and Spanish (Fluent C1-C2)
IT TOOLS: ffice 365 (Excel proficiency level), Valuable experience or knowledge of SAP (MM/SD or WM modules).
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in Supply Chain is a plus.
IMPORTANT: Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time.
