Requirements
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in working with OEM or Tier 1 mobile service providers carrying out responsibilities in network operation centre
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in customer facing role. Presenting NOC Performance.
• Experience of 4-5 years in Managing Team of 50+ Engineers
• Should have strong knowledge and skill to handle customer Technical/process related queries.
• Working experience of B2B customer environment and its processes
• Higher understanding of telecom domain 2G/3G/LTE/5G.
• Hands on experience in technologies of TX -SDH, DWDM, OTN Network & operations is a must.
• Managing Fault Management of Transmission.
• Should have basic understanding of mobile backhaul network on MPLS, Ethernet.
• Experience working with customers to diagnose a problem, and work toward resolution
• Experience in working on various Vendor platforms NMS/EMSs like Huawei, Alcatel, ,Adva,Ericsson,Nokia etc.
• Must have experience in transmission circuit provisioning and optimization activities .
• Self- motivated and cool headed to manage customer escalation.
• Develop and execute improvement actions to achieve SLAs.
• Good understanding of change and Problem management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to easily communicate complex concepts and instructions to non-technical end-users
• Possess knowledge and understanding of network designs and concepts
• Needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual – Spanish and English Language proficiency is must
Responsibilities
• SPOC for NOC Operations which include mainly TX,RAN and Technical Help Desk
• Handle Customer Escalations & expectations, Prepare & execute improvement plan to meet the SLA’s
• Identify scenario for knowledge Transfer/Competence building, Track the progress
• SME for Transmission Network to ensure smooth operation.
• Support Service Manager in SLA/KPI mitigation or sign off
• Bridge Gap between NOC teams and Customer expectations
• Participate and contribute to Governance meeting with Internal and External Stake holders
• Responsible for Postmortem reports, its review and action point implementation.
• Achieve Network KPI, suggestions for improvement.
• Support automation implementation to bring efficiency
Education – BTech in ECE/CS/Telecom
Certifications - CCNA
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
