Important information on the role:
This position is to provide weekend coverage for our Production team. It involves working 5 days per week, 2 of those days must be Saturday and Sunday. Candidates who are not able to commit to this set-up will not be considered.

The Translation Project Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating multilingual projects from start to finish. They collaborate with internal teams and global vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Position responsibilities
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects simultaneously
• Coordinate all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution
• Collaborate with Sales/Client Services teams to define project scope, timelines, and requirements
• Communicate with our global network of vendors (translators, editors, and other specialists) to negotiate rates, assign tasks and agree on deadlines, and subsequently monitor project progress
• Track project status, proactively identifying and resolving issues with involved stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, gross margins and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
• Perform quality control checks at various stages (e.g. proofreading, final-eye reviews of deliverables, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
