Responsibilities:
Transformation Strategy Implementation: collaborate with APAC countries to design, refine, and promote the transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the group wide transformation strategy.
Project Coordination: prioritize, plan, secure resources and orchestrate the delivery of a diverse portfolio of innovation projects across the region, ensuring scalability and integration at both the regional and group levels.
Change Management: help drive the efficient adoption of global solutions and new technologies within the region.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a central facilitator within the APAC region, fostering collaboration across countries and promoting the exchange of best practices to maximize innovation impact.
Campaign and Event Leadership: organize and lead innovation campaigns, webinars, client demonstrations, and other events to build momentum around transformation initiatives.
Global Participation: actively contribute to group-wide meetings and projects, ensuring APAC’s perspectives and projects are integrated into Forvis Mazars’ broader transformation efforts as well as ensuring group initiatives are brought back to the region and are actively implemented.
Technical Requirements:
Minimum degree: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management or related roles.
Experience in coding new solutions is a plus
Proficiency in managing innovation processes, including methodologies like Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, and Scrum.
Basic knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
Fluent in English (oral and written).

Innovation Management: strong understanding of innovation frameworks, from ideation through implementation, with a proven track record of delivering technology- driven innovation.
Project Management: highly skilled in managing complex projects with cross- functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
Communication skills: good presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging senior executives and presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Cultural Sensitivity: ability to navigate and manage within multicultural environments, ensuring that regional diversity is leveraged to enhance innovation
outcomes.
Team Player: a truly collaborative mindset, working effectively within both regional and global teams to advance Forvis Mazars’ transformation objectives.
