To support the Transfer Pricing Manager to provide our clients with the critical expertise to deal effectively with inter-company issues and to articulate the economically significant aspects of their business operations. Focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. Develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service

Required

B Comm (Accounting)+ B Compt Hons + CA (SA) or Equivalent Or LLB Admitted Attorney Or Equivalent Taxation Qualification and Experience

5 years’ working experience

Preferred

Postgraduate qualification in Taxation (Masters in Taxation)

3 years in a tax consulting role, transfer pricing experience advantage

• Tax Laws and Rules – Assesses the business impact of recent developments and changes relating to area of tax specialization for clients

• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving - Selects appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develops informed recommendations
• Technology Tools and Solutions – Articulates how technology enables business processes and is able to communicate its value clearly to clients

Specialized Technical Capabilities

• Economic Analysis – Utilizes benchmarking study constructs to generate range of results based on client’s fact patterns
• Functional & Risk Analysis - Obtains additional information critical to the TP analysis to prepare recommendations of potential TP methods
• Technical Knowledge of Transfer Pricing & Related Rules - Demonstrates awareness of the differences between OECD and foreign transfer pricing rules with local TUP rules and knows where to access this information
• Tax technical ability, specifically in the area of transfer pricing or international tax
