Transfer Agency Program Management, Officer

Who we are looking for This is a Program Management, Officer Position in the UK Transfer Agency (TA) PMO team supporting TA growth in the UK and the existing Project, which is in migration phase. As an Officer, Program Management in the Transfer Agency PMO team, the incumbent will partner with workstream leads across internal teams globally and external teams in the UK, provide support for UK TA growth initiatives and program set up and execution governance. The focus will be on leading TA programs to deliver an exceptional outcomes for the Transfer Agency Organization. What you will be responsible for: As Transfer Agency PMO, Officer you will Partner across the PMO and workstream leads to drive program deliverables Govern the workstreams required to deliver all key critical project outcomes that are identified under the remit of the team Prepare PMO management reports, dashboards and presentations related to the program and/or activities to ensure programs meet deadlines and achievement of milestones and financial target Establish relationships with all workstream leads globally to ensure the right engagement and alignment is achieved for the program Conduct core project management activities including facilitating meetings, interviewing stakeholders, hosting workshops, documenting findings, creating stakeholder presentations Assist mitigating the risk areas for the program and collate workstream risks, project activity and actively work on activities to manage risks Assist in developing and coordinating key messaging to our internal and external stakeholders, e.g., executive management, clients and other constituencies Support other ad-hoc requests Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree 6 years of experience in Program Management & Process re-engineering 6 + years of experience in business consulting leading large-scale implementation programs in consulting or financial services industry Possess excellent communications skills. Results-oriented individual with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituents Demonstrated ability to partner with middle management and administrative divisions Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and team efforts Very strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and proven experience in working with large cross functional teams will be a plus PMP, Prince 2, Agile- Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, Change Management About State Street Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
