StateStreet is looking for a Business Analyst with strong investment domain background as functional SME from IT. Candidate should be able to build the partnerships, foster collaboration and work closely with the business, technology teams and third party vendors.
Candidate should
• Drive the demand management and Business requirements of Transaction and integeration service application suits.
• Work collaboratively with all teams within the IT group, business and third party vendors to deliver the functional solutions.
• Maintain the functional artifacts (Functional requirements, requirements traceability, Agile Stories)
• Drive the testing strategy of IT deliverables including the third party applications
• Collaborate with the Senior Management and other IT leads
• Drive demonstration of the solutions to the stake holders.
• Should be able to coordinate with business by testing in Business acceptance region.
• Driving Agile team priorities and stories as a key Agile team member
• Identifying tactical and strategic process improvement opportunities.
Core/Must have skills
8+ years of experience in IT as Business Analyst in Trading applications
Proven Experience as SME in investment domain.
Good understanding of trading systems.
Basic knowledge in Database
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good to have skills
