Take ownership
• Ensure high accuracy in Transaction Reviews by maintaining a low error rate in identifying and blocking suspicious transactions while ensuring legitimate transactions are processed smoothly
• Manage escalations efficiently by making sure user inquiries regarding transaction reviews are addressed within the required timeframe
• Work on continuously improving our review processes by keeping up with evolving suspicious patterns and regulatory requirements
