A Transaction Manager is responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of 40-50 transactions. Transaction Manager responsibilities include the timely collection and analysis of financial statements, interpretation of deal terms, and the ongoing servicing of existing clients.
A Transaction Manager will collaborate with other TMG members in order to progress their understanding and knowledge of complex transactions across a diverse range of industry sectors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of syndicated loans.
Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation.
Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information, with immediate distribution and posting of required documentation to the wider lender group, utilising the TSG team where applicable.
Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes
Facilitating obligor accessions and handling the collection of lender votes within required.
Actively participate and engage in team and company projects.
