As WPP transforms into an AI-enabled marketing powerhouse, we are reimagining how our 100,000 employees interact with our new global platform. As part of the Change and Enablement team, we need Product Enablement Training Specialists to help drive the adoption and enablement of our platform, ensuring that our new ways of working are intuitive, efficient, and truly transformative. This role is critical in scaling the tools and solutions that empower our global workforce to create and embrace the future.

What you'll be doing:

• Facilitate engaging training sessions, presentations, and workshops to onboard and empower users.

• Demystify complex technical admin features, translating them into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive enablement materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.

• Proactively assess the impact of new feature releases and effectively communicate implications to stakeholders.

• Champion change management initiatives to drive seamless adoption and minimize disruption.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to strategically align enablement efforts with business needs.

• Drive widespread awareness and utilization of the WPP Open platform across the organization.

What you'll need:

• Demonstrated expertise in technology platform enablement and product adoption strategies.

• Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training and enablement materials.

• Experience in enabling and integrating Generative AI tools.

• Adept at strategic stakeholder management and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, particularly in dynamic environments.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving.

• Expertise in simplifying complex concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.

• Possesses a strategic and holistic mindset, consistently connecting initiatives to broader organisational goals.
