Job Description

Reporting to the Training Operations Director, you will create impact within our Training team, a specialist function delivering courses and educational services across more than 250 digital marketing topics, including social media, search, cloud and AI. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of over 2,000 training sessions annually, including on-site and virtual courses across the UK, USA, Australia and South Africa, and help deliver a great experience for both clients and trainers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the scheduling and preparation of training sessions, ensuring the rooms are booked and ready, managing communications, and welcoming attendees to The Shard's training area.

• Maintain accurate course listings on the website, carrying out regular checks to spot potential issues, and monitor attendees and delegates who need to switch or cancel bookings to ensure dates, links and codes remain correct.

• Facilitate travel and accommodation arrangements for trainers delivering on-site training internationally.

• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to manage corporate bookings, from point of sale to finalisation.

• Keep organised records of bookings, invoices and session details.

• Collect and monitor feedback using SurveyMonkey to support quality improvements.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Over two years of experience in a role involving administration or coordination of multiple projects or deliverables.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets for data entry and record keeping.

• You're responsive and highly organised, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

• You love interacting with clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.

• You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.

• You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.

💰 Reward: You'll be eligible to join our discretionary annual bonus scheme.

💫 Custom Work Environment: Work flexibly between home and The Shard, and shape your day between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm with flexible working hours. You’ll be onsite for face-to-face trainings, with remote working available when no sessions are scheduled (typically 2–4 days a week in the office).
