In this role you will assist management supporting field training coordinators to deliver high-impact training initiatives that enhance field readiness and training execution. As the Training Onboarding Consultant, you will support the preparation of site Training Coordinators, engage with relevant site-level training, change management, deployment and communications stakeholders. You will develop education materials, provide ongoing operational support, and possibly strategic support to identify new or better ways to prepare this population to support EHRM training delivery.
