The Engineering Practice and Resource Centre (EPRC) is a new engineering capacity building outfit with over a year of operations. The core objective of the EPRC is to train, develop and re-train Nigerian engineers belonging to all carders of the engineering family with respect to all aspects of engineering skill and exploits expected of Nigerian engineers in the course of executing their jobs as well as keep then at the leading edge of the industry. The EPRC is a joint venture initiative between the international energy service LTD (IESL), an indigenous Oil and Gas service firm, and the Nigerian society of Engineers (NSE), an umbrella body coordinating all cadres of the engineering family in Nigeria.
The centre seeks to recruit urgently, experienced and result-oriented Nigerian candidates for this position:
Develop a need assessment process and create an instructional design process with appropriate delivery methods and post-training evaluations.
Responsible for the development, communication and implementation of process/programmes that are consistent with organized objectives and with relevant regulations.
Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations relevant to training and disseminate any new requirements appropriately to colleagues.
Develop training schedules and administer training programmes in all the centre.
Coordinate efforts to ensure the full utilization of all site training facilities, processes, resources and equipments.
First degree in applied science or engineering field.
Membership of the chartered institute of personnel and development.
Experience in quality management system.
Managerial experience and significant knowledge in training service company.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
