Job Description
As a Training Management Support you will be a significant key function of our Demo & Training Team and ensure smooth coordination and execution of training programs and demo events. With our world-class team, currently 9 team members, you will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.
You will work closely with stakeholders from Repair, Support, Production, Fulfilment, Software Engineering and Marketing, to ensure world-class trainings and amazing demos. With the objective to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).
What is your Day to Day Mission:
• Administrative Support – Manage calendars, documents, reports, and onboarding processes.
• Operational Coordination – Plan UAV events, handle logistics, and maintain flight schedules.
• Regulatory Compliance – Maintain certifications, flight logs, and support audits and inspections.
• Inventory Management – Track UAV equipment, parts, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Cost & Expense Management – Monitor team expenses, partner costs, and support budget tracking.
• Customer & Team Support – Facilitate client communication, training registration, and event prep.
• Documentation & Reporting – Prepare presentations, training materials, and compliance records.
