TRAINING DELIVERY & SIMULATION EXPERT - GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Are you an experienced training delivery professional with expertise in simulation and a background in military Air Command and Control (C2) or wider air power roles? PLEXSYS UK is seeking expressions of interest from dynamic and qualified individuals to join an exciting new project spanning the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. As part of this exciting new venture, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, hands-on training to military and defence professionals.
This project involves overseas training delivery for up to 24 weeks per annum (in blocks of 6 weeks), providing a unique opportunity to work across diverse environments and make a real impact on the development of air power capabilities.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
A Military Background: a strong background in military Air Command and Control (C2) or wider air power roles
Recent Training Delivery Experience: demonstrable experience in delivering training, particularly within simulation environments
Global Experience: the ability and willingness to travel to various regions including the UK, Europe, and the Middle East
Exceptional Communication Skills: proven ability to deliver clear, effective, and engaging training programmes
Adaptability: comfortable working in diverse and dynamic environments, adapting to varying cultural and operational contexts
Due to the nature of elements of the role, applicants must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
