Do you have HEART? We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART; Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. This position reports to the Talent Administrator and oversees administrative responsibilities to support the Talent Acquisition team.
Pay Rate: $20/hour 
• Perform administrative duties per the needs of the Talent Administrator and members of the Training and TA team.
• Monitor team progress on Smart Recruiters and communicate updates weekly to team leaders.
• Perform weekly audits of all open position trackers.
• Support the Talent Administrator with processing and recording invoices.
• Assist with troubleshooting efforts for Smart Recruiters questions and new hire transfer errors.
• Perform all other duties assigned.
Level of Formal Education: Current enrolment in an accredited educational program
Area of Study: Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Business.
Type of Experience: Office administration
Special Certifications: N/a
Language Skills: Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations. 
Technical Competencies: Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word, with the ability to learn applicant tracking software.
Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret needs and take action with limited direction.
• Ability to stay organized and attentive to team members
