Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in training and staff development programs, you will be planing, directing, and coordinating training and development activities. You will be supporting offices and programs that support the mission of providing timely, relevant, and accurate geospatial-intelligence in support of national security. In addition, you will:
Develop a program that will familiarize both internal and external customers with the capabilities and services SIOB provides
Develop and edit briefings, project, and concept plans while assisting other members of the Communications Team
Assess communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions
Issue memoranda, briefings, design documents, as required
Assist in the assessment of communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions
Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
At least 12 years of total experience, with 8 years of specialized experience
Note: Academic degrees may be substituted for years of experience (2 years of school = 1 year of experience)
Experience in preparing lesson plans, course outlines, schedules, and assignments using learning management system (LMS) and learning management video (LMV)
Experience in improving and modifying the training for assigned courses
Experience in preparing and maintaining training records, progress reports, qualifications and other documentation as required to certify worker qualifications for audit and historical purposes
Experience in explaining key concepts and principles and creating assignments or hands-on activities to allow students to develop practical skills
Experience in establishing metrics and surveys for determining course outcomes and participant performance
Experience working in close collaboration with other internal teams and stakeholders to develop course content and goals
Experience in developing and administering written and practical examinations
Experience in conducting training and assessing progress of students in meeting desired objectives, including advising and assisting them to improve their performance
Experience in technical design, development, implementation, and evaluating technical training programs
