YOUR ROLE AS TRAINER

MySigrid is seeking warm, creative, and energetic trainers who can bring learning to life for children. Our ideal trainer combines the skills of an engaging facilitator with the sensitivity and understanding of an early childhood educator. This role is for someone who can turn each session into a joyful, embodied, and meaningful learning experience for young learners.

What You’ll Do

• Lead interactive, play-based, and movement-rich learning sessions for young children.
• Foster a supportive and emotionally safe space where children feel valued, encouraged, and curious.
• Present lessons with enthusiasm, clarity, and intentional communication.
• Tailor your teaching style to suit the unique personalities, needs, and learning styles of each child.
• Notice and track children’s behavior and engagement, offering thoughtful insights to improve future sessions.
• Balance structure and spontaneity to keep classes organized while still responding to the group’s energy and pace.
• Use storytelling, expressive activities, and imaginative play to make concepts engaging and relatable.
• Partner with the curriculum team to review, refine, and co-create lesson plans and activities.

• Sensitive to the emotional and developmental needs of young children.

• Can easily shift approaches based on the group’s mood, attention, and individual needs.
• Reflective and curious about what works, always looking to improve methods and strategies.
• Maintains a clear lesson flow while staying open to in-the-moment adjustments.

Developmentally Aligned

• Understands that young children learn best through play, movement, imagination, and hands-on experiences.
• Keeps a child-centered mindset at the heart of every session.

Requirements:
• Educational background or practical experience in teaching, early childhood development, training, facilitation, or related areas.
• Prior experience working with young children in educational, enrichment, or similar programs is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a creative and engaging style.
• Comfortable leading active, highly interactive learning environments.

Co-Working days

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets at least once a month at a minimum.
