Trainer - Reconciliation/Inventory

About the Team:
Hub will be a docking station for the sales team for conducting meetings, interviews, R&R events and for receiving and submitting the devices for maximum up to 45 minutes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Reconciliation (Primary KPI)
Conduct weekly, and monthly reconciliation of devices, spares, SIMs, and other inventory.
Ensure system and physical stock match with zero variance.
Identify, analyze, and close recon gaps within defined TAT.
Coordinate with hub teams and central teams to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate reconciliation MIS and share reports with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal control processes.

2. Training & Capability Building (Primary KPI)
Conduct onboarding and refresher training for hub staff on processes, SOPs, tools, and compliance.
Train teams on recon process, documentation, system entries, and audit readiness.
Identify training gaps through audits and performance data.
Ensure 100% training coverage and maintain training attendance records.
Support process improvement by reinforcing best practices on the floor.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Recon accuracy (% variance-free reconciliation)
Timely closure of recon discrepancies
Training coverage (%) of hub staff
Reduction in recon errors post-training
Audit compliance score

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of reconciliation and inventory control
Good understanding of hub operations / refurbishment / warehouse processes
Ability to train and engage operational teams
Strong analytical and reporting skills
MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Good communication and coordination skills

Education:
Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred.
