YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You design and deliver sales and soft skills training for international franchise partners independently – from in-person workshops to digital formats
• You systematically analyze sales and service KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and develop strategic measures to enhance performance 
• You train and enable employees and managers both on-site and remotely to foster sustainable competency development and help identify new sales opportunities 
• You implement concepts and measures sustainably while continuously driving relevant KPIs forward 
• You serve as the main contact for internal specialist departments in developing target-group-specific training concepts and ensure their successful implementation 
• You manage all aspects of participant administration, including communication, coordination, and systematic follow-up to ensure effective learning transfer

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring initial experience in sales, training, or comparable function – or you're a motivated young professional with a strong sales and service mindset 
• Travel readiness You're willing to travel globally (approximately 30% of your working time) and value collaboration with multicultural teams 
• Communication excellence You inspire people, convey knowledge with empathy, and effectively engage across different cultures 
• Hands-on mentality You take initiative and prefer demonstrating solutions practically rather than hiding behind theoretical concepts 
• Analytical aptitude You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, maintain oversight of performance data, and translate insights into concrete actions 
• Language proficiency You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
