YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will complete an exciting 18-month trainee program that takes you through the Digital Experience Software Development department at SIXT – covering everything from the booking and post booking process, customer data, as well as our full digital products like mobile check-In and platform topics – it’s all included! 
• You will actively participate in international company projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Digital Experience 
• You will take part in various trainings (both soft and hard skills), get to know leaders from different departments, and build a cross-functional, company-wide network 
• You will be supported in your professional and personal development through an individual development plan and a dedicated mentor 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education You have successfully completed a degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Experience You have gained initial practical experience through internships or student jobs, ideally in Software Development 
• Tools You have strong skills in writing code, ideally some initial experience with agentic coding, and you’re eager to learn new tools 
• Soft Skills You have the ability to understand and explain complex topics, are highly numerate, and precise work comes naturally to you 
• Languages You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – German and other language skills are a plus
