Realise your talent!

This person will be responsible for implementing Talent Management initiatives in Brazil, contributing to the coordination, communication, and follow-up of key people processes such as onboarding, development programs, engagement initiatives, and internal communications, ensuring strong organization, governance, and visibility of results.

Challenge Project

The Challenge Project is designed to test your skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities in a real-world business scenario. 

This project will require you to work individually or as part of a team to address a specific business challenge faced by the company. You’ll be expected to analyze the situation, develop innovative solutions, and present your findings to key stakeholders.

 

Exposure to senior leadership

During the trainee program at Red Bull, participants are given exposure to senior leadership, which is a key part of their development journey. This exposure provides trainees with the opportunity to learn directly from experienced leaders, showcase their potential, and gain valuable insights into strategic decision-making at the highest level of the company.

 

Job Rotation

As a trainee, you’ll rotate through different departments. Each rotation will give you exposure to various aspects of the business, helping you gain a well-rounded understanding of how Red Bull operates.

 

Personal Development and Training (Local and Global)

 You’ll participate in workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to help you refine your skills in areas like communication, strategic thinking, and innovation.

 

Regular Feedback and Evaluation

Throughout the program, you’ll receive regular feedback from your mentors and supervisors to track your progress and identify areas for improvement. This helps ensure your growth and prepares you for future leadership roles.

You’re graduated from December 2023 to December 2025.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our Graduate Program in Brazil.
