The Print Shop Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and overseeing machinery used in the production of goods. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking training relevant to their responsibilities
Driving Daily Department Demands
Work with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize tasks to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met.
Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the work cell.
Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials, and labour to line manager.
Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with line manager.
Participate as an active member of the production team and running the machine.
Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System.
Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Complying with company procedures and health and safety rules
Helping to eliminate delays in getting jobs out on time. And working in correct order.]

Job Specifics
Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 14:00-22:00, Friday: 13:00-20:00
