Devsinc is excited to announce an opportunity for a Trainee HR Operations position. As a Trainee HR Operations, you will be involved in various aspects of HR operations, learning from experienced professionals while supporting key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
• Help in organizing employee training and development programs.
• Participate in payroll preparation and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in drafting HR communications and policy updates under supervision.
• Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR principles, Provident Funds, Leaves, Attendance and labor laws.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
