Deine Mission::
Als Trainee hast Du großen Einfluss in die Prozessoptimierung der Bereiche (Buchhaltung, Auswertungen sowie weitere Finance- & Controlling-Themen)

Deine Aufgabe::
• Du begleitest den gesamten Prozess von der Rechnungsbearbeitung bis hin zur finalen Zahlungsabwicklung
• Unterstützt das Forderungsmanagement und den Inkassoprozess und arbeitest eng mit externen Finanzdienstleistern (z. B. Billomat, Bank, Inkassobüro) zusammen
• Vorbereitung und Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses
• Du entwickelst und analysierst relevante KPIs, erstellst regelmäßige Reportings und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen für verschiedene Fachabteilungen ab
• Im Laufe des Trainee-Programms übernimmst Du eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Bereich Controlling und Reporting und erstellst Ad-hoc-Berichte sowie Präsentationen
• Zudem erhältst Du Einblicke in die Arbeit unseres Data & Quality-Teams und Legal-Teams, um Dein Verständnis für bereichsübergreifende Zusammenhänge zu erweitern

Deine Skills::
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium / BWL / VWL / Finance und suchst einen Berufseinstieg / Trainee Programm
• Konzeptionelles Denken, analytisches- und strukturiertes Vorgehen sind Deine Stärken
• Sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Word / Excel und Power BI
• Dein Arbeitsstil ist strukturiert und Du überzeugst durch Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache
