Trainee Drainage CCTV Survey Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trainee Drainage CCTV Survey Processor to join our Survey Department. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in producing accurate survey reports, drawings, and recommendations that support our clients and operational teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a new role, with strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
More about the role:
• Manage and organise survey data collected on site, ensuring it is securely backed up.
• Process survey data within 4 working days and ensure reports are issued to clients within 5 working days.
• Review CCTV footage and transcribe observations using WinCan software.
• Produce professional-quality drawings using AutoCAD and generate site plans using tools such as Google Earth.
• Collate recommendations for remedial actions based on survey results, including estimated costs.
• Liaise with operations, sales, and clients to provide feedback and highlight any issues requiring further action.
• Support the sales team by producing quotations from external CCTV surveys when required.
About you:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Professional, approachable, and adaptable, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
