Aim and Purpose of the role:
To provide administrative support to the team
Specific Duties:
Duties could include, but are not limited to the following:
Receive training on how to assist with setting up new business/accounts and keeping client information accurate and up to date
Support the team by working alongside administration and support departments to help maintain timely and well-organised client records
Gradually develop skills in communicating with clients, providers, third parties, and internal teams under supervision
Assist with checking that client fees are processed correctly and help with basic monitoring of outstanding payments
Carry out general administrative tasks for the department as required
Learn how to upload, update, and manage information on the CRM system
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities appropriate to a trainee role as directed by the Line Manager or Director

• Positive outlook & personality and the ability to get on well with other people.
• A level (or equivalent) standard with GCSE pass in English & Maths;
• Computer literacy is essential. Proficient in Google Mail/Drive/Sheets/Word.
• Experience of Document Management System and document scanning an advantage;
• Financial Services administration background is advantageous but not essential. Investments; desirable.
