Tasks and responsibilities:
• Daily checks of changes in the tool (ServiceNow)
• Providing release as a Change manager based on pre-defined rules
• Providing guidance in Change management topics and tool handling to the Operational teams  
• Creating and maintaining change models/templates for the activities done by our Operational teams
• Constantly monitoring and tracking the changes in the tool
• Supporting the Squad leads in any additional tasks
• Bringing in resp. implementing ideas for process simplification 
 
• Very good English language knowledge
