We are seeking to find and develop the next generation of purchasing talent within our purchasing department – you will be learning from the best
Key Duties:
Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating for construction materials, services and equipment.
Supplier Liaison: Learn how to build positive relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, handle inquiries, and ensure on-time delivery.
Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in procurement systems, process requisitions from site, purchase orders, and manage documentation.
Site Coordination: Work with site managers to ensure project material requirements are met within budget and on time.
Record Keeping: Assist with invoice reconciliation, supplier discrepancies, and data entry.
Participate in the quarterly review of the supply chain performance.
Requirements:
Are organised, smart, energetic, enthusiastic person with attention to detail when performing tasks and a can-do attitude.
Flexible in approach, a multi-tasker with good administration and time management skills.
An effective communicator with sensible commercial acumen.
Have an ability to anticipate and manage problems, and ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary.

This is an entry level role, while some relevant experience would of course be an advantage, it is not strictly necessary.
Similarly, relevant third level education, completed or in progress would be an advantage but is not strictly necessary.
