Trainee Business Analyst (Process & Documentation)

As a Trainee Business Analyst, you’ll work alongside experienced mentors and:

• Explore how Miratech’s global teams operate through real business process analysis
• Document workflows and procedures that help shape our internal ecosystem
• Learn how international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001) function in real IT practice
• Identify improvements that make our processes stronger and more efficient
• Support the preparation of documentation for audits and quality reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders and transform their input into clear, structured documentation
• This role is perfect for someone who enjoys logic, clarity, structure, and continuous improvement.

• Basic understanding of Business Analysis or process management
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Interest in workflows, documentation, and internal systems
• Basic familiarity with BPMN/UML/flowcharts
• English B2+ for documentation and teamwork

Nice to have:

• Awareness of ISO 9001 or ISO 27001
• Curiosity and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset
