Are you a recent graduate with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity? WPP is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our growing HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a background in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, eager to kickstart their career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Candidate Identification: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks) for both technical (especially Data-related) and non-technical roles.

• Candidate Management: Support the candidate lifecycle, including initial resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.

• ATS Administration: Maintain and update candidate records accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Job Posting: Draft, post, and refresh engaging job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract diverse talent.

• Operational Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as preparing offer letters, coordinating onboarding logistics, and managing recruitment documentation.

• Market Research: Conduct basic market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and identify passive candidates.

• Candidate Experience: Contribute to a positive and seamless candidate experience through timely and professional communication.

• Special Projects: Participate in and support ad-hoc HR/TA projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. (Recent graduates highly encouraged to apply!)

• Experience: No prior professional experience required; this is an entry-level trainee position designed for individuals eager to learn and grow.

• Interest: A strong interest in Talent Acquisition, the technology sector, and specifically in Data roles (e.g., Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Analysts).

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a curious mindset.
