MDLBEAST is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join our dynamic Creative Compass team. In this critical role, you’ll orchestrate workflows and manage creative and design requests, ensuring seamless project delivery across our vibrant portfolio of music events, campaigns, and cultural experiences. You'll be at the heart of our creative operations, coordinating timelines, managing resources, and optimizing processes to keep MDLBEAST’s creative engine running smoothly. You will:

• Manage day-to-day traffic operations for the Creative Compass team, overseeing the scheduling and tracking of all creative and design projects.

• Facilitate the smooth intake, prioritization, and delegation of incoming creative requests.

• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deadlines, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.

• Act as the central liaison between Creative Compass and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Content, Media, and Commercial teams) to align expectations and deliverables.

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with designers, strategists, and external agencies, ensuring transparency at every stage.

• Regularly update and manage internal traffic systems, ensuring accuracy and visibility for the broader team.

• Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to maintain high productivity.
