Traffic Coordinator

Chain Reaction is looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring that creative briefs are properly assigned and executed. This role requires maintaining an organized workflow, facilitating communication between team members, and ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.

Requirements:
• Schedule and prioritize client deliverables within the creative team.

• Monitor project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

• Provide administrative support by entering briefs into the traffic system and assigning them to the appropriate team members.

• Track the progress of creative projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines.

• Communicate with team members about their tasks, deadlines, and any changes to project scope.

• Help organize and maintain project files, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Assist in preparing and entering creative briefs into the traffic system, ensuring accuracy.

• Collaborate closely with the Traffic Manager to assign briefs based on team members' skills and availability.

• Follow up on the status of briefs and projects to ensure they progress as planned.

• Act as a liaison between the creative team and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination.

• Provide regular updates to the Traffic Manager and stakeholders on project status.

• Facilitate meetings and discussions to keep the team aligned on project goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a creative or project coordination role, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

• Proficiency in project management and task coordination tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Monday.com.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing workflows and creative production processes.

• Experience with creative brief management and task tracking.

• Familiarity with maintaining project files and documentation.

• Skills in facilitating communication and coordination between team members and departments.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
