Job Summary:

The Traffic Controller is responsible for safely directing the movement of vehicles and pedestrians within assigned areas. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, minimizes disruptions, and maintains efficient traffic flow in high-activity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure safety at all times

Maintain a strong visible presence and lead by example in adhering to safety standards

Comply with AAI dress code, including wearing the assigned uniform

Communicate clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and team members to ensure smooth operations

Set up, monitor, and adjust traffic control points as needed

Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately

Follow all safety procedures and escalate violations when required

Perform other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills and ability to give clear directions

Ability to stay calm, alert, and decisive under pressure

High attention to detail and situational awareness

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and working outdoors in all weather conditions

Knowledge of traffic control procedures and safety regulations

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $26.00 per hour
