Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) Content Reviewer

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Content Reviewer to evaluate and refine AI-generated summaries for locations on a maps product. These summaries are automatically generated for places such as restaurants, parks, and landmarks and require localization and adjustments to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and naturalness.

As a Reviewer, you will leverage your expertise in writing structure, content, tone, and perspective to ensure summaries are consistent, coherent, and aligned with the required guidelines. You will also conduct research to verify information and refine content for clarity and readability.

This freelance role offers flexibility, with task volumes varying based on project needs. If you have a strong language background and enjoy creating culturally accurate content, we’d love to have you on board as a language expert!

MAIN DUTIES:
• Review guidelines and training content to ensure adherence to the required structure, tone, and style specific to the Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) locale.
• Occasionally provide feedback or rephrase text to better match the terms, expressions, and cultural nuances of your locale.
• Edit and adjust AI-generated summaries to enhance clarity, readability, and effectiveness in capturing key points and overall sentiment.
• Ensure consistency across all summaries while following the provided content guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) proficiency (C1 or higher) in reading, writing, and comprehension, ensuring effective communication
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Advanced writing skills and ability to synthesize and summarize complex information.
• University degree in a relevant subject matter specialty (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Linguistics).
• Proficiency in applying complex rules related to writing structure, content, and perspective.
• Competence in researching, validating, and editing content for accuracy and reliability.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and considerations in AI data delivery.
