Trading Risk Officer

We are seeking for a Trading Risk Officer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a fast-paced, multi-asset brokerage environment, with exposure to real-time risk management, liquidity handling, and trading operations.

The role is office-based and operates on a rotational shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor global financial markets and trading activity in real-time, ensuring appropriate risk actions are taken during volatile conditions and key events.

Oversee client exposure, trading behavior, and overall risk, across FX, metals, indices, and other instruments.

Ensure the smooth operation of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), including pricing, execution quality, and system stability.

Monitor and analyze execution quality (slippage, re-quotes, spreads), especially during high-impact news, market opens, and rollover periods.

Identify and assess high-risk or abusive trading patterns (e.g. latency arbitrage, HFT, toxic flow) and take appropriate action.

Prepare and monitor corporate actions (dividends, earnings) and ensure accurate implementation across platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, IT, Support) to ensure efficient operations and issue resolution.

Respond to trading-related client queries in a professional and timely manner when required.

Contribute to process improvements, reporting enhancements, and risk controls.

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

1–3+ years of experience in a brokerage, dealing desk, or trading risk environment.

Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 Manager/Admin is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with liquidity bridges, aggregators, or exposure management tools is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of SQL/Python is an advantage).

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Fluent in English (professional level).

Ability to work rotational shifts.
