JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking to hire an experienced and technically hands-on Trading Platforms Operations Specialist to join our growing Operations team, ensuring seamless performance and functionality of our products:
Hands-on management and day-to-day support of our multiple trading platforms (Metatrader, cTrader, Condor, DXtrade).
Ensure smooth operation, configuration and support of the platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems related to the platforms.
Manage the integration of third-party plugins and APIs (such as Brokeree, Trading view, Trading central etc).
Implement and manage CRM integrations with other business systems and applications.
Ensure platform servers are running efficiently and securely.
Perform software updates and upgrades for the platforms.
Provide technical support to clients and internal teams if necessary.
Provide CRM support if necessary.
Manage user access and ensure adherence to security policies.
Monitor server performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
Ensure compatibility with other systems and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
2-4 years proven relevant experience as an Integration Specialist and/or Platform Administrator within the Forex/ Financial Services industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology and/ or any other related field.
Strong understanding of trading platform architecture and its components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical support to non-technical users.
Team player with strong active listening skills
Familiarity with financial markets and trading operations will be considered a strong advantage.
