Trading Operations Operator

As a Trading Operations Operator, you will be responsible for creating all the events our customers bet on, from football, basketball, handball, ice hockey, volleyball, Formula 1, and many more. There are so many different trading teams in which to get involved.

What you will do

●    To consistently deliver outstanding service to our internal and external customers and to ensure departmental KPIs are delivered.

●    Creation and Settlement of non-feed driven sports and markets.

●    Ensure betting opportunities, released by Trading, are made available on the specific channels

and brands at the required moment in time.

●    Ensure that all price changes and the delivery of events occur in a timely and accurate manner.

●    Manage life cycle of events ensuring customer journey is best in class.

●    Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed

correctly, accurately and efficiently.

●    Manage the content on the specific channels ensuring customers user experience is easy and

efficient.

●    Feed mapping.

●    Complete daily checks

●    Customer service queries (mostly about settlement/potential incorrect settlement)

●    Cover Trading Operations processes and workflows.

●    Adhere to departmental SLAsT

●    Passion and knowledge for all major Sports.

●    An understanding and knowledge of the betting industry, including its key policies, procedures, products and terms.

●    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●    Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.

●    Flexible with working hours, including evening shifts, public holidays and weekends to suit the business needs.

●    Pro-active and a self-starter with positive attitude, with an ability to build bridges with various teams and departments.

●    Ability to remain focused, deliver high quality work and meet deadlines even when under pressure.
