Your Purpose

We’re looking for a driven, resourceful, and technically-minded candidate to join our Trading Desk. This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of Engineering and the Desk’s Business and Operations. You’ll be a connective tissue between business, traders, devs, and operations — building, coordinating, and scaling AI-powered internal frameworks and automations to improve how we operate.

Who You Are

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Applied Math, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of professional experience (internships, side projects, or startup/hackathon work count).

• Remote but based on GMT-3/-4 up to GMT-7 timezone.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong systems thinking & analytical problem-solving mindset — you can break down problems, automate tasks, and design workflows.

• Strong communication skills and personal ownership mentality.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of AI tools and ecosystems (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Deepsek, Perplexity).

• Comfort working across no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Cursor, v0, Replit).

• Interest in DevOps practices: logging, monitoring, version control, deployment.

• Interest in crypto and financial market structure (you don’t need to be an expert yet, but you should be curious).

Nice-to-Have

• Previous exposure to trading systems, crypto exchanges, or financial data APIs.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agents/workflows.

• Side projects or GitHub that shows initiative and creativity.

• Experience with API integrations, task automation, or basic backend scripting.

What You Will Do

AI Tooling & Automation

• Create the Trading Desk Internal AI Framework Development.

• Prioritize a list of projects, build a pipeline to focus in the short and mid term.

• Build workflows using APIs, scripting, low-code platforms, and cloud tools.(ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

• Educate the team on tools and ways to work with AI.

• Own the prompt libraries, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Keep up with the latest trends about AI Tools developments and figure out which are the best for internal use, get approval from IT to onboard new vendors if applicable.

Trading Operations

• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of operational workflows across the full trading lifecycle, including trade booking, reconciliation, and settlements.
